A June 18 procurement notice identifies Durwest Construction Management as construction manager for Capital Region Housing Corporation’s Village on the Green redevelopment at 1132 Johnson Street, Victoria.
The notice describes two six-storey residential buildings over a shared underground parkade and names Low Hammond Rowe Architects. Durwest’s project portfolio describes the housing programme as 160 affordable units.
The particular package covered appliance supply and installation. Its published July 3, 2026 closing date has passed: it is included here as evidence of project activity and participants, not as an open bid opportunity.
