Presence and Growth service terms

These terms describe new Google Presence purchases and the separate Growth service. Existing customer agreements, saved legacy quotes and paid-through periods are unchanged.

Service and access

One business location is included. Deliverables are those shown on the selected plan. Work requires the business information, approved materials and manager access needed to perform it. You retain ownership of your Google profile. We agree scope and permitted work during onboarding. Additional locations or work outside the selected package require a separate quote.

Optional onboarding offer and billing

Finish your free listing and submit your article answers, then choose a real 30-minute onboarding appointment. When the online offer becomes available, securely save a card and confirm onboarding within its server-timed 24-hour window for 7 days free; otherwise the trial is 3 days. The service starts at 9 a.m. Pacific on the day after onboarding actually takes place. No completed onboarding means no service activation or charge. After your agreed free phase, CAD $297/month or $1,782/year plus tax bills automatically unless cancelled. Annual billing stays 50% off, even after the offer window.

Saving a card uses Stripe Setup mode with $0 due now. It does not activate the service or create an immediate subscription charge. Our team separately confirms that onboarding actually took place before scheduling the service for 9 a.m. Pacific the following day. Your confirmation shows the planned free phase and earliest billing date. No completed onboarding means no activation or charge.

Growth remains $300 CAD monthly or $2,880 CAD annually plus tax, paid at signup. Existing $300/$1,800 Google Presence agreements, older $150/$1,440 Presence offers and other agreed terms remain unchanged; your existing controls show your actual quote. Annual plans collect the full year when billing begins and renew annually unless cancelled.

Cancellation and help

Use the signup cancellation control or contact welcome@islandtradedirectory.ca for billing help. Cancelling a signup does not remove your free listing or article requests, and an appointment needs its own explicit calendar cancellation. Active paid service cancellation preserves its paid-through period. Contact us promptly about an incorrect charge, access problem or service concern so we can review it. Your applicable legal rights remain unchanged.

Results

We report work completed and available performance information. Google controls its systems. We do not guarantee a search position, enquiry volume or sales result.
